Tell us about your experience at the Hip Hop Film Festival. My experience is great. CR Capers and her team are amazing. It was an honor to be officially selected and receive the 24 KT laurel.

Why are stories from the culture important? To give those who come after us a way to learn about the culture and continue the greatness that others have left behind.

What projects are you working on now? Mic Check (Queen of MC's) a 90's Hip Hop drama that details the story of two rival female rappers who join forces to take down a shady record label.

Why do you think the Harlem Film House and Hip Hop Film Festival are important? For creatives such as myself, the Harlem Film House and the Hip Hop Film Festival are so important because it gives me a safe place to express myself as well as resources to help me elevate to the next level.
