1. Tell us about your experience at the Hip Hop Film Festival Kenya?I loved it. I loved being introduced to the work of the African diaspora 2. Why are stories from the culture important?I feel in these extraordinary times it is important to tell stories. That help illustrates the human condition. The culture can always be counted on to help us all through these crazy times 3. What projects are you working on now?I'm currently writing a rap musical based on the life of Frantz Fanon, and I'm in the edit of my first feature film at the same time developing my second. 4. Why do you think the Harlem film house and Hip Hop Film Festival Europe is important?Once again I think it is important to give a voice to different artists and allow them to create both deep engaging work. Harlem film house helps to facilitate that!
